Zacherley's Midnight Snacks | 11x17 Art Print
My first horror host was Doctor Madblood, who has operated out of the swamps of Pungo, Virginia, since 1975. Despite never having lived in a market that broadcast Zacherley's many horror host outings, though, he still made a sizable impresson on me. From "Dinner with Drac" -- his 1958 hit song that I first heard on the 1978 Ronco Records collection "Funny Bone Favorites" -- to his appearances in monster magazines, the guy seemed like the ne plus ultra of horror hosts. By all accounts he was a charming and decent man, too. So here was have a poster depicting the specter that has long haunted my imagination, shown as a four-color comic book cover.
11" x 17" glossy text-weight paper.
