I've been kicking around this project for a few years and decided to finally pull the trigger: a custom set of 43 retro-style trading cards based on 1998 Todd Haynes film, "Velvet Goldmine." The front images are inspired by 1970s pop star trading cards; the reverse sides can be combined to create a pair of puzzles, including the notorious album cover art for "The Ballad of Maxwell Demon" and a custom design showcasing the movie's various bands.
Each card measures 2.5" x 3.5".
The set comes with a hardshell plastic case.
Designed and printed in Columbia, South Carolina.
